Veterans Day is a day to celebrate all of the men and women who have and continue to serve this country. They sacrafice so much to keep our country safe. They give up time with their loved ones, miss special moments in their families lives and some give the biggest sacrifice which is their life.

So today as you go about your day please give thanks to all of these men and women. They do what most of us do not have the guts to do. They have been to places many of us would consider nightmares. They are the ones that give you the rights and freedoms you have. They fight the battle. Thank you for your service. God Bless The U.S.A!!

Pictured above is my Great Great Uncle Pete Fairbanks. He served our country in the Vietnam War.

Every day in America we lose 22 veterans to suicide. Mission 22 is an effort to bring awareness to this statistic and support our soldiers.

Find a 22, snap a pic, put #Mission22 on it & share w/ your followers. Each 22 you claim helps raise awareness & gives hope to a veteran.
