Fade Factor An Amazing Barber Shop And My New Sponsor

It has been a while since I have sat down and let you all know what is going on in my world. I have been really busy now that school wrestling has started. The demands of school work, after school practice and then my life at the gym has not left much time for my blog. I promise to get back on track.

I do however have some pretty big news to share. As of last Friday I became sponsored by a local business here in Jacksonville, NC.

Fade Factor is a local Barber shop with the most amazing talent I have ever seen. The guys are wonderful. I am so glad I walked into their shop to get a haircut and left with a whole new family. I have always said the people from my gym are my family and now I can add all of the guys at Fade Factor to that list. Trinidad and Mario Corrales are the owners at Fade Factor, as well as brothers. They also have a background in boxing. During a conversation with Trinidad he was telling me when Mario and himself were younger they also bent over backwards trying to get sponsors to help them with boxing. He said he understood how hard it is to get someone to take a chance and believe in you. I have never been prouder than when they looked at me and believed in me. They gave me a chance when so many others turned me down. They saw something in me that so many others overlooked.

I will give everything I have in me to make sure I make them proud. I will represent them with my held held high. They took a chance on me and I will not let them down. I have a new fire in me, if you thought you had seen all I have in me just wait, I have so much more to show. Here is to the upcoming year and hopefully many golds along the way.
