Great Day On The Mats At The Prado Academy With Fabio Prado & André Galvão

My time in California is coming to an end. I have been super busy trying to see and do everything while I was there. Sorry for going so long without posting.

One of the big things on my to do list while I was in California was to get to train at The Prado Academy. I was able not only to train there but I was able to roll with Mr. Prado himself. He was extremly nice and had a smile that I will never forget.

I also got to train with another incredible man, André Galvão. I learned so much during my time with them. It has been an amazing experience.

Everyone that at met while training there were very welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel at home. If you are ever in the area be sure to stop in and gain some knowledge from some of the best.

Thanks again to everyone at The Prado Academy. I am ready to pack up and move to the west coast. I truly hope that I get to see you all again very soon.
