The color of someones skin means absolutly nothing to me. Skin color is just that, the color of your skin.

I have been very fortunate in the way I have been raised. I have been taught you don't judge someone by the way they look. You get to know someone for who they are.

Children are not born hating other races. That is a learned behavior. It is very disturbing to think someone may dislike me simply because my skin color is different than theirs.

There are rude and disrespectful people of every race.

When I watch the news all I ever see are news stories about race. I personally don't think the issues are entirely race related. I believe it has to do with society as a whole.

We have become a generation of entitlement. People think things should be handed to them without putting in hard work. It has become easier and acceptable to loot and riot to get the things you want.

I am just praying by the time children my age are running the world we have learned from the mistakes that have already happened. I hope that we can be the change.
